The moment I went inside this branch the atmosphere was very welcoming staff looked very busy and attentive. Ms. Kerri’s Mwitanti extended her warm welcoming and greeted me to assist with my financial needs. You are a diamond in the rough your attitude and loyalty to customer care goes a mile . Happy Friday to all

I would leave zero stars if I could, very poor customer service. Not willingly to explain anything, you just have to be okay with their answers. The manager is unfazed as well, extremely unprofessional branch.

They're very helpful in doing what is officially right. They do many excellent performance on assisting everyone, help others out, and guide customers what they must have in creating an opportunity of financial possibilities which is impressive. Citi rocks the house of environment. This is the best area for Financial Services. Indeed. 100% Population of Public Generations

Don't bank at Citibank Period. They'll hold your checks that you get from your employee for days, mine has now been held for five. It's a check from my employee, apparently there's algorithms that they don't make you aware of ever so you could make different choices. When you call the customer service reps are rude and than they'll lie to you but when they finally connected me with Dev at the branch after 30 minutes on hold he was thee worst-cherry on top! I've been thinking of closing this account for years, I've been a customer for over 10 years and let me tell you the customer service is at an all time low! They don't give a s*** about the needs of their customer so long as they got your money they are good. So if you want a bank where you can just store your money, you'll get an attitude every time you need help, they'll act like it's not your hard earned money that you're inquiring about and don't forget the rudeness-than definitely bank here. Thanks Dev, I'll be closing this account tomorrow so I don't have to deal with the likes of you ever.

Im a small business doctor in town, I found someone at Citibank that helped get ahold on my merchant services- cost of doing business with credit companies- visa, MC, amex.... Brian Smith at the Vermont location, helped my company save money - I changed business banks and now rely on citi for my co. business needs. Its a tough economic situation now- credit companies are still raising rates- you have to find bankers to help- I did and my company benefited. My recommendation is take this guy to lunch and pick his brain. Well worth it.

I came in to use the ATM really quick. The place was clean and I found the setup pretty standard to the Citibanks. The ATM was easy to access and I didn't have any problems.

What Citibank has that BoA does not (yet?) is those card-dip machines at each teller window so they can draw up your account information quickly. That is cool. ***UPDATE (5/21): BoA recently began installing card swipe machines at teller windows in select branches!*** There are some nice people at this branch but there are also some people who are really slow. Then there are some people who just stare at you and make you feel weird. As a result the lines are sometimes long. I'm not impressed by the decor of this place. They have some nice plants but they should have more of them. Frequently the place smells like fried food or sewage. Also the place seems kind of cramped and there's not much privacy at the teller windows. They're always having some kind of charity drive where you buy candy or a stuffed animal and the proceeds go to a Children's Cancer Fund or something. Okay, that deserves merit, but it's still kind of annoying sometimes. On the plus side, I did once get a free squishy stress ball that reads 'Citibank at Work.' Where's the nice Citibank in downtown DC? Someone clue me in.
