The moment I went inside this branch the atmosphere was very welcoming staff looked very busy and attentive. Ms. Kerri’s Mwitanti extended her warm welcoming and greeted me to assist with my financial needs. You are a diamond in the rough your attitude and loyalty to customer care goes a mile . I would leave zero stars if I could, very poor customer service. Not willingly to explain anything, you just have to be okay with their answers. The manager is unfazed as well, extremely unprofessional branch.
