The techs are friendly, their pricing is very reasonable and transparent, and they provide diligent follow-up. I’m honestly impressed, and they truly care about every pet.

From reception to the vet tech to the vet, the staff was so friendly. The appointment was on time and didn’t feel rushed. They even took the time to update and confirm my dog’s microchip information without my asking. Overall the cost was reasonable.

There’s a reason why their google rating is so much lower than the average animal clinic in DC. After 5 years of going there, I’m seeking other options for my dogs.
