The new “feature” routing any pharmacy call to voicemail is absurd. There’s no way to talk to anyone about your prescriptions. Pharmacy counter staff are generally incredibly rude and unhelpful. This CVS is the worst.

Terrible CVS with dito service. Employees can barely speak English.
