About Eastern Market
Eastern Market is a great spot to find trinkets, fruit, and other items. It is a great train station, very clean, and is the best place for breakfast or a drink and snack. Visitors can hear a gentleman playing incredible jazz on a violin. There is a gent who sells olive oil with a great story. It is a place for grandchildren to be amused, better than a tablet. However, there are absolutely no maps on the platform, which is a miserable logistical nightmare for tourists. The water fountains do not work, and people do not respect common things.
