Awful service. Avoid if possible.

This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to speak to a live person in any organization. I very frustrated with Express Scripts! I am not receiving the verification email so I can't go any further.

After using Express Scripts for over a decade I'm happy to report noticable improvements. Received excellent customer service from a representative named Nya in Texas today. If Express Scripts would just stop using DHL for deliveries they'd probably get far less complaints.

Express Scripts is the epitome of a greedy corporation worried more about the bottom line than a CHILD'S wellbeing and health. Our child's medication was dropped after months of coverage at the beginning of this year. Since then, I have spent hours on the phone being bounced around from department to department trying to appeal the denial of medication coverage for our child. The company is disregarding a doctor's direct course of treatment and subjecting a CHILD to be a test subject to different medications to save money to their bottom line - when they previously covered this medication completely.Their appeals department is also incredibly slow at handling urgent claims and has now wasted hours of RN time at our pediatrician. They repeatedly lose documents that are sent over or fail to send them to our ped. The RN team has to spend hours of time arguing about course of treatment for medications that were previously covered.

If I could give this corrupt business a zero I would. Refusal of medications to sick service members because you have to get a PA and then express DENIED IT over and over. It’s not your place to deny medication when the dr thinks it’s best. All your idiot employees work from home making theses decisons . Shameful

Medication eventually arrives however ES sends all orders to DHL who processes them, wasting time, then eventually turns them over the Postal Service for delivery. The tracking system is of no value since there is never an estimated delivery date. ES should simply use the Postal Service and save a step in order to get patients their medication in a timely and efficient manner. Sad when the Postal Service tracking system is better than the timewasting, expensive goat rope process used by Express Scripts.

Just the fact that you can’t talk to a person. My RX was coming 4 days after my meds ran out. I spent so much time trying to find a live person. No matter what # you get hung up in that automated response. If your question is not one of the ones they ask - you are out of luck. It takes them 24-72 hrs to respond to emails. Live chat is not that - you are “chatting” with that automated response. So frustrating.

Processing time is insane. Plus coordination with doctors and first fill of medication takes forever

I placed an order on Sep 9th. Called many times trying to get my medicine which I must take daily. Somehow, my order placed on Sep 9th disappeared from my order history and a new order appeared two weeks later. I finally received the medicine on Sep 30th. During the time, I have to ask my doctor to place two rx because Express Scripts kept failing to send me medication. I hope the management takes the business seriously since patients need medication to stay healthy or alive.

Express Scripts does everything in their power to deny prescriptions. They put obstacles in the way of patients and doctors. Avoid them at all costs

Truly awful company to work with. Despite a federal mandate to cover at-home Covid tests, ExpressScripts automatically denies the claim resulting in countless hours wasted trying to (unsuccessfully) appeal. Customer service is completely unhelpful. If you are a company exploring whether to contract with this prescription provider, steer clear if you care at all about employee satisfaction!

To get reimbursed for at-home covid tests, I need to use a paper form to mail in my receipts. It's 2022--why is there no online submission option?

I keep getting calls from Express Scripts for the "Parent or Guardian" of . I've called to tell them Nope, not them...and they've supposedly taken my number off the call list. For medications I thought they'd have contact phone, home address and medical information.Basically, this place seems to be looking for business.I think they're calling past customers to ask them to do business with them. Not impressed with their outreach.Hope the kids family gets his medicine.

Extremely inefficient service. This company is profit- driven.

One of the reviewers got it right with dangerously inefficient service. They are dealing with people's heath and takes 10 calls or more to get the prescription renewed for 6 years straight. There does exist a cms.gov that complaints maybe made
