Excellent customer service experience. Was changing storage unit from the smaller one to a larger one. Aniya Bassil took me through showed me the different units and was excellent. She got me what I needed.

Over the last 6 years, I’ve rented 4 storage units from 3 different companies, and my experience with this U St. Extra Space Storage location has been by far the best. That is because of the helpful staff at this location. In contrast to some of the horrors I encountered at other storage companies, the Extra Space staff was candid when I rented my unit, and Miss Tiffanne was so helpful and reasonable throughout my tenure there that I will definitely rent again at the U St location in the future.
