The staff at Extra Space Storage at the 2nd St. NE location are amazing!!! They communicate any changes or concerns with your rental immediately, and work with you to resolve your concerns quickly. Their rental units are well maintained. Highly recommend.

Initially we called at 1-800..:: & the gentleman that answer was very nice don’t remember his name & we set a schedule to check the Storage; Then we went to see the unit and Jade the property manager was there. She was extremely helpful and very friendly and made the whole process very easy, She showed us the available storage that we needed and decided to get it. Thank you Jade. Highly recommended this place.

Lakita was so helpful when looking to rent storage units. She showed me two different ones and allowed me to select which best fits for me.
