Smiley was amazing! I had an unusual shaped item to ship, and my goodness, he was just as determined to find me a box as I was ready to ship it! Amazing customer service.
This location is located inside Hyatt Hotel, so parking was nonexistent. Good thing I found street parking close by.

Don’t go here. They charge a $10 “handling fee” to drop off any package, regardless if it’s a prepaid return label or not. “Because we’re in the hotel”, she said.

Charge a fee for dropping off a box with a prepaid shipping label already on it because it’s inside a hotel. Nothing on FedEx’s website indicates that it’s not a normal full-service FedEx because of its location. Wish I’d read the other reviews before walking over here from my office.
