Strongly recommend finding another location.
Handling Fees: My package was sent by the hotel to this location, without my consent. They then charged me $15 to get my package. Same day, I had a package to ship out via pre-paid label, and they tried to charge me a fee for dropping off the pre-paid package. I walked out. Won't come back here, or to the attached Hyatt.

I had a great experience with Kia, a manager at this FedEx location, when I encountered an issue with my package being misplaced by an Uber delivery person. Kia went out of her way to help me locate it. I really appreciated that she personally called me back as soon as she found my package. Her proactive approach truly made a difference. Thank you, Kia, for your excellent customer service!

No QR code scanner. Handling fee on a paid for box because it's inside a Hyatt. None of this was mentioned to me until we got right to the end of the transaction. Don't go to this FedEx.

Terrible service. Failed to mention that the hotel charges a fee on top of the fedex rates. Do yourself a favor and walk the extra 5 minutes to avoid this place.

$10 fee from the Hyatt? Makes no sense. Also difficult to find this location but once you go in the building, go downstairs and there is a hallway in front of you to go down where it will be on the right.

As many other reviews note, this location will charge an additional fee on top of a pre-paid label. Don’t bother taking your package here. There is another FedEx drop off location at the Walgreens located inside Union Station less than half a mile away.

Wasn’t able to access the store because the Hyatt had a literal gay leather convention. How does a private event preclude use of an entire store?

If I could give zero stars I would. Why do I need to pay a handling fee when dropping a package with a prepaid label on it off at the store. When you look up locations online, they need to let you know that you have to pay extra to use the store to ship packages. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Staff here were extremely rude and lazy. I inquired about an overnight package being delivered and they just told me that whatever I see on my tracking is what they see. Long story short, my package was delivered there the day prior as scheduled. Staff neglected to check if it had arrived which caused me to have to hunt down my package, just to find out it was there the whole time. Very frustrating experience!
