Grubb's SE Pharmacy & Mini-mart is a pharmacy that provides great services with a staff that is always friendly, courteous, ridiculously kind, and helpful. Customers report magnificent customer service, describing the people who work there as wonderful, caring, and dedicated. The pharmacists do great work and the staff consistently goes above and beyond, remaining patient and professional even in difficult situations. Prescriptions are handled quickly and professionally, with wait times that are never too long. The pharmacy offers delivery. While most experiences are positive, with calls handled quickly and pleasant experiences, there can be occasional issues. One customer was unsatisfied when told they could not sit inside due to Covid, noting a lack of signage. Some feel the place is not like other locations and can seem low staffed at times. However, many customers go out of their way to get prescriptions filled here, recommend it to avoid big chain headaches, and will never go to another pharmacy.
This place is not like the Grubbs I dealt with for many years in Capital Hill they really need to do more I like a call to say hey were putting your Meds together but obviously they are too low staffed to do that so I had to pick up my Meds and take the bus so I transferred them closer to me
