Imperial Wine And Spirits is the cheapest liquor store in Washington DC and a long time local staple. It is an absolute gem in downtown DC and the all around best liquor store. The shop is family operated with great management and excellent customer service. The owner has amazing knowledge about the products and a great sense of humor. There is lots of love when entering the shop, which has an excellent selection of spirits and the best deals.
