I just became a new tenant and the process was very smooth.

Not very organized, they opened almost 4 months late after very little communication when they listed units as available. they have less than 80 units and apparently a leasing agent has to weed out applicants before contacting anyone or answering any question smh. They're already showing they won't care about residents.

The delayed opening did cause some problems for me, but Miss LaTamara did an amazing job keeping me informed. There are a few minor issues that are to be expected with a new building. Overall, it is a great building.
