Charged an obscenely high diagnostic fee and still didn’t find what was wrong with our car. They told us the engine just was low on oil after having issues with it stalling, two days later the same issues happened again to a worse end. Was unsafe to not properly find the problem and fix, and did nothing to help rectify their own mistake. Overpriced and poor service.

AAA towed my car here and they said it would cost over $1000 to replace three tires and do alignment. When I asked if they could use cheaper tires, he said it was $759 to replace three tires and do alignment. So I had my car towed to Jindal Andre Automotive (AAA paid for the second tow) and Jindal Andre Automtive are only going to charge me $350.

Metro Motor went above and beyond to help with my broken jeep. My fiancé and I were traveling on our honeymoon when it happened 8 hours from home. The employees were inviting and understanding. And did everything they could to get us out the next day. Highly recommend to anyone in that area!

I can always count on Metro Motor Georgetown Exxon. Jamie is a knowledgeable and effective manager with an excellent team.
I recently came in with a flat tire problem and even tho the garage was extremely busy, Jamie managed to order the needed Audi tire immediately! He even had the car ready within hours on the same day.
I was pleased with all aspects of this service……

Thank you, my car is running well. I was surprised though when l came in initially stating l had a 10am appointment...the gentleman at the desk stated to me "you must want Brown's across the street". I looked out the window and saw a Shell station. I then stated the Exxon address given thru AAA, and the gentleman verified l was in the right place. Also l have lived in DC for 65 years and knew where l was going even w/o the address. The next thing that surprised me was, l was called and given a quote in which l told the gentleman l would have to come pick up the car b/c l could not afford that price. A few minutes later he called me back with a price about $300 cheaper stating there had been a mistake in listing a cost twice. I stated it would be okay to make the repair. The gentleman stated, they would start repairs on Monday (this was a Friday) and he would call me when the car was ready. I didn't get a call Monday so l called Tuesday around 9am and was told the car was ready for pick up. My last observation was the 2 gentleman l saw both times l was there never smiled. I thought they must be over worked or need some time off. I am thankful my car was repaired in a timely manner and hope l saw them both on a rare (very busy week). Thank you again.
