Customers consistently praise the team's exceptional customer service, with one reviewer noting that the employees were "inviting and understanding" when they helped with a broken-down vehicle during a honeymoon trip. Another customer was impressed by the manager's ability to get their car back on the road the same day, even when the shop was extremely busy. While a few customers noted minor communication issues, the overwhelming sentiment is that Metro Motor goes above and beyond to accommodate their clients' needs, offering convenient services like concierge car pickup and delivery, as well as free Lyft rides to and from the shop. With a reputation for quality work and reliable service, Metro Motor is the trusted choice for auto care in the community.
I have loved this MetroMotor for years and the new manager Jim makes it even better. Free car wash and a free water on top of excellent services rendered truly make this a neighborhood gem. And my car now has perfect new brakes!
