“Visited Zagg outlet on G Street Washington DC for getting screen shield for two of my iPhones. Ramon is an expert at what he does. Is very well-informed of the details for all the products and explained very clearly. Overall a great store and highly recommend. Have been using Zagg products for more than 6 years now.Visited Zagg (Ramon) again this week for an iPad and his knowledge for getting the right shield was awesome. One time the screen went faulty a few days later, they replaced it at no cost, and cleaned my phone for me! I'm a very loyal customer, planning to go back soon to fix some white lines/pixelation before it becomes a real issue. Can't recommend these guys enough for their quick fixes/hardware issues.”

“I visited the T-Mobile store on Market St. NE to trade in my old Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus for a Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and Samsung Watch. This has been one of the best customer server experiences I've ever had. Katie, Julian, Hannah and Antoneo greeted me with friendly smiles, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! They made my transition very smooth and comfortable with no issues.
