“Visited Zagg outlet on G Street Washington DC for getting screen shield for two of my iPhones. Ramon is an expert at what he does. Is very well-informed of the details for all the products and explained very clearly. Overall a great store and highly recommend. Have been using Zagg products for more than 6 years now.Visited Zagg (Ramon) again this week for an iPad and his knowledge for getting the right shield was awesome. “Been fixing my broken phone screen here for a couple years now, always super helpful and super quick. One time the screen went faulty a few days later, they replaced it at no cost, and cleaned my phone for me! I'm a very loyal customer, planning to go back soon to fix some white lines/pixelation before it becomes a real issue. Can't recommend these guys enough for their quick fixes/hardware issues.”

In my cell phone I just have to make a special mention about. “The person who helped us was fantastic. Let me say it again FANTASTIC! We switched our house Vonage landline phone to an AT&T older apple phone. He walked us through with several visits. Ending our Vonage and added the house number to our apple phone. Loaded our Apple phone even helped me with my Apple computer.
