Josh assisted me and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. The location on Wisconsin Ave is small, but I noticed the interaction of the employees and their customers, which was great.”

“Adan R. (who I believe is a store manager) at this location was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us resolve a very complicated issue that we had spoken about with 4 other Verizon reps with no resolution before. Resolving the issue required multiple steps over multiple weeks, and Adan made sure to follow up throughout that whole period, consistently explaining what was happening and what he was doing and being very responsive and patient with our questions. I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are to Adan for his help and follow through”
“you can be set up for very inexpensive internet with ebb. the website can be a navigation nightmare trying to add an email address after approval. get your email on application and the benefits are easy to attain.”
