“you can be set up for very inexpensive internet with ebb. the website can be a navigation nightmare trying to add an email address after approval. get your email on application and the benefits are easy to attain.”
“Going to the Verizon store is never fun and takes hours out of your day. I had to go in yesterday because I had a nasty fall during my morning long run and my phone absorbed a lot of the damage. “Adan R. (who I believe is a store manager) at this location was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us resolve a very complicated issue that we had spoken about with 4 other Verizon reps with no resolution before. Resolving the issue required multiple steps over multiple weeks, and Adan made sure to follow up throughout that whole period, consistently explaining what was happening and what he was doing and being very responsive and patient with our questions. I can't emphasize enough how grateful we are to Adan for his help and follow through”
