The hotel offers a cost-effective parking option. The guest rooms are consistently described as very small, clean, and of good quality. Travelers are advised to understand the room size before booking, as the space is more fitting for one person. Rooms lack refrigerators and coffee makers. Complimentary coffee is not available in the lobby or rooms; it must be purchased from the penthouse restaurant, Crimson, which also serves meals. The hotel provides an $18 daily credit for use at Crimson. Some guests note the walls are thin, and street noise from the bustling downtown area can be heard, which may affect light sleepers. The staff receives high praise for being amazing, friendly, personable, accommodating, and efficient. Service at the front desk is highlighted as exceptional.
