I completed my home-buyers workshop and received my first appointment, My counselors have been amazing and both knowledgeable and helpful To assist with budgeting and managing your finances, There is no down payment, no closing costs, no private mortgage insurance, no fees.

We had a good intake experience with our counselor, Megan Evans. She was knowledgeable and got us through the requirements quickly. We are looking forward to continuing the program and feel confident in our choice.
