I especially like the groomers that are there. Anytime I have gone in to get my dogs haircut and bath, the groomers are very responsive and friendly. They are great with the dogs too. I have gone several times for a grooming appointment. I gave 4 stars as I don't think the staff in the actual store have been helpful in the past but that has just been my experience.

Working Door Dash and not allowed to utilize the facilities is UNEXCEPTABLE.Extremely unorganized store as well.

Products what you see available on internet in store,90% of the time, they are never available in any store, even though they say in stock.

Just stopped this morning at opening to buy dog food. The cashier was rude . All he cared about was why there was no opening cashier, as he yelled it across the store to another employee. Since he didn't greet me , I decided to say good morning first. No reply! Didn't get a name , but he was a tall African American male with hair in locks and a silver chain on. I guess I'll stick to coming in the evening and deal with the rude older African American lady. Dakota Crossing location

I am always overjoyed to shop at Pet Smart at Dakota Crossing. I feel right at home. As I mentioned in my last survey, Michele, RJ, Alex and the lady who cashiers are awesome. I failed to mention another wonderful and helpful and kind associate, Bruce. He is outstanding. He has great customer service attributes and is always helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable about your products. He is always working hard every time I come into the store which is at least once a week. Michele, RJ and Alex and the lady who cashiers don't know her name she was P/T now F/T and is black and has an accent an older woman. She is outstanding and amazing and is also great with the customers. Michele and RJ have so much respect from the employees and work so well with them. Their leadership abilities are superb and their customer service is over the top. The store is always clean, neat and things are easy to find and always well stocked. Shout out to the managers Michele, RJ and Alex. And a real shout out to Bruce, also. I recently brought my Rottie in for grooming and Mia was the groomer. First time meeting her and it won't be the last. I was absolutely thrilled with the grooming she did for Tina. She is wonderful and has such a kind hand and heart and way with animals ... she sure did with Tina. Tina loved her. Thank you, Mia. Amazing staff, amazing leadership and great customer service. I find myself becoming a PetSmart person more and more. Compared to their competitor, I am able to find what I need and at a fair price. I came into this location with nothing particular in mind, but went right to the cat section. It was about time to get my cat a new collar. I try to get a new collar for each season/holiday for her. The collar section was a bit lacking here, and in need to stocking. I almost gave up on finding a new collar until I was heading to pay and noticed an aisle display and found a collar. I still browsed the rest of what they had to offer in the cat section. Picking up one or two things for my cat. I need to stop going into each one I see. I always end up coming out with more items than intended.

It's some angry people working here. Don't go in the mornings they all act miserable as if the customers are the burden. I understand everyone's not a morning person but this is what you signed up for guys. Please do better
