This bank’s efficiency levels is in the toilet! Out of all the PNCs in the city this one is clearly the busiest. I have never been able to go and see a teller immediately.
They will have a full house of people and two extremely slow tellers. They are clearly understaffed and love to waste people’s time. I’m tired of giving them chances. If you want to get in and get out THIS is not the branch for that.

The ATMs and drive through are often out of order. Everything takes and extra 30+ minutes. BUT when you finally see someone, they are very helpful and professional. But bring you patient pants and expect to waste your time.

Over 10 years a patron but still experiencing the same 'not paying attention' error. Having to close my account is a hardship but preferable to attempting a payment and having it decline when you just made a sufficient cash deposit. Nice but inadequately trained staff.

EVERY time I go to this bank something goes wrong. I went today to use the ATM only (I thought I'd be safe with that). The one outside is closed. The one inside won't let me withdraw. There was a line of about 20 people at 9:05 a.m.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Atms not giving cash. Woman politely asks security why they do not put up a sign and he responds that they do all the other services like you cannot make a sign saying "no withdrawals". Then there is the woman at the podium watching the only 3 tellers struggle while she chats with the security guard who is not good with signage. Do better.

They never serve quickly, there is always only one ATM and there is a long wait. I love PNC Bank but not this branch.

I have no complaints about PNC bank locations. When I go into any branch I am treated with respect and as a valued customer. But this morning I discovered by email from PNC, that a check that I had deposited into my PNC account, yesterday was unsigned and the monies were being debited back from my account. I called the 888 PNC Bank number, got a representative who told me that the check was still at the PNC bank location, and I could go there and retrieve it. It took me about 30 minutes to get there. Once there I was told that the customer service representative was WRONG! The check has to be sent back to me and is not at the branch. If the 888 number representative do not know the answer to a question, they should say so. The proper response should have been, "I do not know. What branch location...Here is that branch's number."

Never answers phone during business hours.
