They never serve quickly, there is always only one ATM and there is a long wait. I love PNC Bank but not this branch.

I have no complaints about PNC bank locations. When I go into any branch I am treated with respect and as a valued customer. But this morning I discovered by email from PNC, that a check that I had deposited into my PNC account, yesterday was unsigned and the monies were being debited back from my account. I called the 888 PNC Bank number, got a representative who told me that the check was still at the PNC bank location, and I could go there and retrieve it. It took me about 30 minutes to get there. Once there I was told that the customer service representative was WRONG! The check has to be sent back to me and is not at the branch. If the 888 number representative do not know the answer to a question, they should say so. The proper response should have been, "I do not know. What branch location...Here is that branch's number."

One of the tellers has a nasty attitude. Drive-thru is hardly open and this is inconvenient! They need more tellers. Customer service needs improvement.

Courtney at this PNC locations is amazing, courteous, polite and diligent in helping customers and understanding needs. In addition her empathy and compassion are unmatched. I appreciate every time I come into this location. 10/10. Thank you Courtney.

I love this little PNC Branch! The staff is so helpful and will go out their way to assist in any way possible, from quick withdraws, to complicated debit card issues. I HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment before coming in though, you can wait a long time to meet with a banker on busy mornings and weekends.

They obviously don't want you to contact them via email. The only method is to click their Message Center but then it doesn't work. All I want to tell them is that I have chosen paperless long ago and they still send me bills. I don't want to call during business hours and I don't want to talk to anyone. Please just fix your email or eliminate the option, and stop sending me paper bills. Ron HallaganAnnandale, VA

The branch is great--the staff has always been welcoming and efficient. I'm writing this review about one particular PNC banker who probably isn't even employed here. (I don't actually know where she works because her signature line does not include an address or a phone number.) The specific person I'm writing to complain about is Gail Louis. I wrote to her on March 1st asking for help getting our new ED access to our credit card accounts. It is now December 20th and this has not happened, despite NUMEROUS *desperate* pleas for help. After I left a bad review about service at this branch, Gail gave me her personal cell phone number and she asked me to text her when I need something but so far that hasn't helped. So I can only conclude, with many apologies to the nice people at this branch, PNC SUCKS! As a small business, do NOT give PNC your money unless you are comfortable with some disgruntled ex-employee still being named as the person who can sign on your accounts more than a year after they leave the company. As a small business, do NOT give PNC money unless you don't mind not being able to give your new employees credit cards even though they started working for you 9 months ago. And, finally, if you are a small business who chooses to ignore this advice, don't let them give you Gail Louis as a relationship banker! Could someone please please help us?

I’m not used to so many people in a bank seeming so genuinely friendly and professional, especially in the city. The lady at the front desk sets the tone well and everybody else keeps that same energy.

My time is valuable. They do not respect that. Long wait times even after scheduling appointments. Hire more help if necessary. Only have issues when visiting this branch.

This bank branch of PNC is staffed with professional, kind, patient and creative people, starting with Ms. Jovan Braxton. We have banked at PNC for many years and are beyond pleased with their services.
