Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I think I had a teller by the name of Bailey help me out with an ATM issue and he went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. He was also incredibly kind in explaining the issues to me, and truly made it a 10/10 experience.

Don’t know if this is their structure or if i went on an off day, but there aren’t traditional “tellers” for getting you in and out with simple transactions, which means a long wait time for customer service with a banker

Clean and inviting environment with an ATM inside. Generally friendly service when you can get it. Do not plan on getting in and out in the middle of the day unless you're using the ATM. There's always a line for customer service with a lengthy wait time.
