This whole bank is basically just an automated teller system. Do not go here for any cash transactions. This should be stated somewhere.

No tellers at this bank. The staff were very nice but the machine to replace the tellers was very slow and kept spitting my cash back out. Next time I’ll go elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

I’m so disappointed with PNC Bank. Now there are no tellers, just a virtual machine that takes forever. I don’t know what’s going on, but if they’re going to implement a system like this, they should at least have three machines to help people. It took me 30 minutes, and there were only three of us waiting. This is ridiculous!

First time ever going to this Bank location but the bank manager was a very respectful kind courteous and polite young man he made my cousin and I feel very welcome and he answered all of our questions and resolved of the situation we came in for

Had 2 business checking accounts here . Went to get a doc notarized (as is complimentary for business account holders) I was told they would not do it . I called before going to location and asked for an appointment and was still rejected to get my business docs notarized .

This is a bank that doesn’t have any bankers. No transactions allowed. Only access to ATMs. I assume if you need to open a credit card with predatory interest rates, they’ll open up for you. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere. 0 stars.

PNC is a horrible bank but this branch is in a league of its own. They don't care about customers, no follow up calls, they show total contempt, and disrespect and can't even perform basic banking transactions. Wish I could give them a Zero start review.
