No tellers at this bank. The staff were very nice but the machine to replace the tellers was very slow and kept spitting my cash back out. Next time I’ll go elsewhere to avoid the hassle.

I’m so disappointed with PNC Bank. Now there are no tellers, just a virtual machine that takes forever. I don’t know what’s going on, but if they’re going to implement a system like this, they should at least have three machines to help people.
