Good to have a store with all the outdoors stuff at your convenience, whether your a hiker, biker, swimmer or climber. Staff is very professional, helps whenever you get lost, since its a decent sized store.

Though I've never sat foot in the building I do need to explain it's significance.
This building, formerly known as the Washington Coliseum, is where The Beatles would give their very first concert in America. (February 11, 1964)
Thus, marking it as sacred ground.
Lennon, McCartney Star and Harrison took a train, during a snow storm to give the performance. Also of Note, The Beatles would no longer do tours as of 1966, thus, they would never be seen in performance, as a band, again.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Especially a big shout out to Keon for helping me out with my tire/rim problem I would not have ever figured out by myself

Large REI store—spacious, clean, and well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. The variety of gear and apparel was impressive, though I couldn’t find absolutely everything I came for this time.

REI was fantastic in helping us set up the second clue for our engagement scavenger hunt. The team was super friendly and excited to be part of the surprise. Couldn’t have asked for better support!

The gentleman working the shoe section and the one working the women’s clothing section this evening are ANGELS. I had five minutes to buy hiking shoes, pants, and a vest before closing and they coordinated with their walkie talkies and collaborated to make it happen!! They helped save my trip to Alaska. (Flying out in the morning.) Huge thank you to them both and the entire crew!!

I've been to this REI location a lot over the years, though less recently since moved to Northwest. Overall, this REl is huge and has everything you'd need for your adventure. They always have great camp food and snacks, as well as decent hiking gear and burners. It also has a decent bilke shop. The staff is always pretty friendly and helpful, though the bike shop can be hit or miss regarding friendliness.

Keon in the Bike Shop was extremely knowledgeable and helpful – he walked me through exactly what part had become dislodged from my bike and exactly how to reinstall it. All of the staff here are great and I love this store.

I recently waited in line here for more than 20 minutes In the middle of the day when the store was basically empty. I also got misleading information about the trade-in program over the phone from an employee who didn't know what he was talking about. Inventory here is also hit or miss.

I had a positive experience at this store. I went in to check if my flash pack was still under warranty because the inner lining was peeling.
Although it was no longer under warranty, the service rep — senior in age, I forgot his name — offered a helpful DIY solution that worked.
Thanks to him, I was able to save a bag I’ve had for almost a decade.
