Riggs Liquors is a fully remodeled store offering a wide selection of wines, liquor, and craft beers with a large walk-in cooler. It has very reasonable and great prices, often noted as the cheapest in the area with lots of sales. The selection is great and very large, with good options from bottom to top shelf, including lottery tickets. The customer service is great and the staff is very kind. It is considered an actual solid and awesome store, a good neighborhood liquor store.
Friendly staff, clean store and wide variety of wines and spirits. Even when they are busy, they keep customers in mind.

I grew up in Riggs; I appreciate the liquor store still being there even though different management, they are very friendly, and seem to know all in the neighborhood. Made me feel at home.
