This is what allows me to do my job without pain. I work in a hospital wearing lead for hours at a time. No back pain and I can pick things up from the floor without pain.. not bad for 55year old body.

This really helped me after running my first half marathon (should've started while I was training!). My whole lower body was sore/overworked and the stretch sessions really helped me to feel so much better and move better. Relaxed but professional vibe. Definitely recommend.
