“I am happy to recommend Town Jewelers as an exceptional custom jeweler. Ali and Hamid, father and son, are highly trained professionals, and approachable and sincere. They made the experience of designing wedding bands both enjoyable and informative. They warmly greeted us by name during each appointment, answered questions we had and never pressured us to purchase or tried to "upsell" us. They also seek customer satisfaction and gave an honest breakdown of all costs, working within our budget. The quality of their materials and craftsmanship is top-rate (please see the attached photo) and offers an excellent value. Work is done on the premises and custom jewelry modifications were provided free of charge. Additionally, they are trained in watch-repair and worked on a wristwatch, providing a new battery and band. While we considered a number of jewelers in the DC area, we will be glad to return to Town Jewelers in the future. They were so helpful with selecting options that fit the theme for each day (the bride provided an outfit guide for each event) for me and my partner. They even helped us find an outfit for my partner that matched a set I purchased online. They also gave us helpful advice for our trip while my blouse was hemmed. When the set I bought online arrived and was a little too large I went back in to get it hemmed. Instead of selling me a service I didn’t need she taught me how to fix the blouse with safety pins! I really appreciated the upfront pricing, easy communication, and honesty over upselling! Overall, I had a great experience, I would come back in for a future event and recommend this store to a friend!”
