I spent over an hour in line at the 11th and G street location. Although there was a teller in training there still should have been additional teller/rep available to get customers in and out.I had my eyes checked and picked out glasses faster than it took me to make a withdrawal from my account.

Tomia will take care of you. I was in distraught when realizing my information was not updated. The branch 1099 New York Ave NW, Suite 100, ARE LAZY AND NO GOOD I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THEM! Tomia service was fast and friendly. She really made my experience something to remember at this branch. I recommend if your at 1100 G Street Branch look for Ms. T W.

02/12- (ATM BLUES) MY HUSBAND goes to the ATM to deposit money into HIS SUNTRUST account, only for the machine to take his deposit and never add the money to the account. Get this, the machine does not dispense a receipt for your transaction!! HE GOES INSIDE THE BRANCH ONLY TO BE TOLD TO CALL A 1800- NUMBER AND THAT HE HAS TO WAIT UP TO 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THEM TO CORRECT THIS ISSUE....COME TO FIND OUT THE SAME ATM WAS BROKEN DAYS BEFORE TODAY AND CAUSED ISSUES FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS! WHY NOT TEST OUT THE ATM BEFORE PUTTING IT BACK IN SERVICE FOR THE PUBLIC USE??! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS

02/12- (atm blues) my husband goes to the atm to deposit money into his suntrust account, only for the machine to take his deposit and never add the money to the account. get this, the machine does not dispense a receipt for your transaction!! he goes inside the branch only to be told to call a 1800- number and that he has to wait up to 10 business for them to correct this issue....come to find out the same atm was broken days before today and caused issues for other customers! why not test out the atm before putting it back in service for the public use??! absolutely ridiculous

Just left the branch and said "Happy New Year" to the teller. Her reply "when will people stop saying happy new year...." I looked at her like the fool that she is. Really!!!

Was disappointed in the wait time to be assisted, probably sat in the lobby 30+ minutes before Reggie helped me. He was awesome, which saves this rating from one star. The tellers were busy and another associate sat in his office and never greeted me while I sat in the lobby. Another patron had an appointment with him, but he never greeted me. Unfortunate.

I'm not surprised they only have one star. The teller was rude and unhelpful. I went there to cash a payroll check drawn on Suntrust and they wanted $7 dollars to cash their own check. I won't bank there given their level of non-service. Shame on them.

The people at the location are some of the rudest women I have ever had to work with. I use this bank through my work and I will say that it is one of the worst experiences of my week, every week. Do not bring your business here if you have the option of going anywhere else
