After a bad experience with the service at the Branch on M Street in Georgetown, I went to this Branch and had the completely opposite experience. Acknowledged shortly after I walked into the bank. Was told someone would be with me soon. Someone was - Veronica Epps. She was cordial, professional, and helpful.
We’re temporarily adjusting services available at our local branches to help maintain the health and safety of our clients and teammates.
