Management needs to do a better job at communicating with the customers when the system crashes. They had everyone wait 45 mins in the line to tell us that they won't be able to help us today. Tellers need to be trained how to communicate with the customers when they have a major issue. Give the customers heads up that this might take longer than usual.

Went to TD Bank at Gallery place to get a replacement debit card and they had my correct phone number on file to identify me code was sent to my phone it didn't work so he said just order through mail 2 days later I went to TD Bank 14th and P NW same problem they was able to over ride the issue and print my card sound like some banks need additional training especially if you need your debit right away very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️☹️.

Opened an account in person after being offered a bonus for creating a new account. I met all the terms of the bonus but never received it. Now it's completely impossible to get any help from anybody at this branch, I've been told 4 separate times that someone would be in touch by email and have never had anyone actually follow up.Actually opening the account was a mess too, I brought a passport which the bank itself says is good enough for ID, but a week later I got an email telling me I needed to come in with my driver's license. I asked why and they admitted it was a mistake and not actually needed.

One star tells it all. This is the worst bank between Enola being the Branch manager, I am disgusted with her behavior. She also acts "ignorant" to stop certain archetypes of people from getting loans a/k/a redlining in banks. I suggest everyone watch "The Banker". Just because someone walks into a bank with a headwrap on does not mean that they are coming to steal. This is where cultural bias and ignorance comes into play. I highly suggest TD Bank rework their training policies as my experience with CHASE has been quite better and more professional.

The teller Ricky put a six day business hold on a check that I deposited from a university. He didn’t even tell me there was a hold after I completed my transaction, and I only found out when checking my account the next day. Talk about a ruined holiday season.A check from a university isn’t a personal check and easily verifiable. Finding out that a six day business hold was placed through the online app and not in person means the service is bottom of the barrel.Save some stress and go to another location, I have a strong suspicion my race was a factor for poor service. If I could rate this location at zero stars I would. One is too generous.

If you want to come to this address to handle your business. You may have to put aside half a day to handle it. Because they do not have a lot of staff on the job. Every time I want to apply for a credit card or loan, but I have to wait for 2 hours. I didn't see any staff to serve you. The manager of this area shouldn't care either. This will send customers to the opposite PNC bank for a long time, and their service attitude is very good.

This is the most inept of organizations I have dealt with in many years. No matter how long you have banked with them, how many millions of dollars you have deposited with them ( we are a business) or how patient you are, they will honor fraudulent checks through gross negligence, refuse to restore the funds, then offer you a "premium" service for an additional fee in order to cover you in the event that they are grossly negligent in the future, fail to return calls, freeze your accounts when they themselves screw-up and honor clearly fraudulent checks, etc. Their conduct in my view borders on criminal, and I am reporting them to the regulatory authorities. Whether it is incompetence, bad faith on their part, inept management or something different, when you lose money and cannot access your own funds as a result of this bank's own mistakes, there is something very wrong. In my opinion, you would be well-service to steer very clear of this group of clowns. Despite the hassle of moving our business accounts to another bank, we have reached the last straw and are in the process of moving funds. Wish we had done so sooner.

Avoid these ATMs, they eat cards. This is the first time it ate my card, avoid close one to bank doors. If it eats your card they will print you out a new one but now begins the journey of who has my correct exp/cvv. Only reason in giving it 2 stars is because the man inside was helpful and obviously it is not his fault.Fix your machines it's 2022 there should be no excuse for me using the same type of machine that eats cards. Stop charging people $15 dollar fees when they have the minimum amount. Or if you are gonna bang people over the head for $15 use that to fix your archaic machines.

Terrible service, two days in a row long lines. No one explains what is going on. We are asked to sit and wait? Excuse me???!!So I ask what has been going on and was told employees are out sick? Or, I assume fired over the crazy vaccination mandate.
