The staff was quite unprofessional. When we tried to withdraw money, the process was made unnecessarily complicated. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service provided.

I just came in to withdraw 9k from my account to buy a car. An employee named David, however, told me that the bank currently only has 3,000 in cash on hand. That's ridiculous.

Unrespectful service at this branch by the two representatives on the 17th of January, 2026. One was having a terrible attitude while the other one was laughing at me.
