THIS COMPANY MIGHT BE THE WORST COMPANY IN EXISTENCE. My sister sent me a package from this store a month ago and the package never arrived. She spoke to them and they were supposed to open an investigation, nothing happened, nobody contacted us. So today I contacted customer service and would only get an automated system which told me I needed to call the store and gave me the number, I did that and this store's phone number puts you through an automated system yet again which sends you to their customer service line. I spoke to someone in customer service who couldn't help me as they claim they have separate tracking systems and I need to speak to the store it was shipped from, yet I can't as I live in another state and the store just sends you through their automated system. This is very frustrating, and terrible customer service. I'D ADVISE EVERYONE TO NOT USE THIS STORE OR COMPANY. how are you going to take money for sending the package, and not do the job or take any responsibility for it. I truly don't understand ?

Service is good but pricing is outrageous. They charge $.89 per colored printout. It adds up. I ended up paying almost $100 for 15 packets of 7 pages. Personally, no one should have to pay this much for this amount of copies. $100 is a big deal for most people. It can buy possibly 5 days worth of groceries or at least 5 meals at a fast casual restaurant. To the UPS management, please keep in mind that some of your clients are just regular middle class people. I hope you consider revisiting your pricing.

The best UPS store I've been to in the whole DMV Mariah and V are so friendly so nice and so helpful every single time. overall the best experience This is the type of customer service you want everyday. kudos to them, they work really hard. if I could give him a hundred stars, I would because it never fails every time I go there they're always willing to help. get these girls a RAISE!!!!

This location is GHETTO. Young kids working here who don’t really want to work. No customer service skills, on their cellphones, no manners, and the women’s tone of voice is slightly rude. All of that within a 3 min service. ??

Small branch, typically few employees working. On a Saturday 1 staff member moving very slowly and in a very bad mood. Long line forming and moving at a snails pace.

Valencia was working in the store alone, and it was VERY busy. I had to ask her name because of the way she kept her calm and poise with all of the customers. She handled it. Black girl magic. The Black woman is like a rising tide. We lift all boats.
I was not in a rush, but I was very proud to see the young sister working with excellence. I pray she can be recognized for working hard and with patience.
One of the customers was printing a resume. She waited good and well until after the resume was printed to say she had special paper. Valencia dealt with it with such grace. Then, this same difficult customer wanted the special paper double-sided. I lost patience with that lady for not making her service needs clear. Valencia never lost patience.
I will be back because of how well Valencia works.

The two ladies at this UPS are very knowledgeable and professional. I went there, needing to do 4 different tasks. They were very patient and helpful. They were able to help me complete all my tasks quickly.

Came in unprepared to ship a large package. Valencia went above and beyond to ensure my package would be delivered safely, while at the same time helping other customers during a busy time! I was impressed. Always a positive experience at this store.

This location is the best. The nicest staff, quick, and efficient. I own a small business and ship a ton of packages. They’re always so nice and accommodating when I drop them off. It is such a pleasure! Thank you all so much.

They seem to have a habit of significantly overchanging at this location. The person in line in front of me was told his package would be $130 to ship. When he protested and asked why it was so expensive, the clerk seemed like it wasn't his problem, but then pushed a couple buttons on his computer and says "sorry, it's only $35." Then he tried to charge over $50 to ship my 2lb package, when the online UPS calculator says it should have cost $14.95.Definitely will not be back. This location should be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Go to the location at the Wharf instead.
