Trader Joe's in Washington is a neighborhood grocery store with unconventional and interesting products like Mandarin Orange Chicken and Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate. The store has everyday basics such as milk, eggs, meat, bakery items, and fresh produce, plus great cheese and a vibrant selection of fresh flowers. Prices are very good, and the wine selection is nice. The store is small but jam packed with great items. The clerk responded kindly and cheerfully, giving fun stickers, and an employee shared a favorite dessert, a chocolate chip brownie, though it is seasonal. The location on P street is larger, busy on weekends and in the afternoon, but slower later in the evening. The store is well run and good.
