I've rented trucks and equipment from this location twice in the past month and they have been absolutely WONDERFUL!!! The staff inside were super helpful when I couldn't figure out the app and explained everything well, and Alvin (helped outside picking/dropping off) was friendly and fast both times I returned equipment so I could get back on my way. They all made a stressful time a very positive one!

The most incompetent staff ever. Make sure when you purchase your moving blankets, moving equipement, and locks, someone actually gives these items to you. Don't expect them to have it in the truck ready for you. Also, ask that someone goes outside to help you find your truck. I had to walk around the parking lot trying to unlock different trucks until I found the right one.

I rented a CARGO VAN from here yesterday. First, they gave me the oldest car in the world. The tires of the car were flat. Then I asked them to replace this car. When I got in the new vehicle, the tank was less than half full. I told the employee at the pickup truck this. He said it would be no problem. I used the vehicle for a total of 17 miles. However, they charged me for 75 miles. I have now complained about them. They have caused me many problems other than this. If you are doing anything from here, never believe what they say and definitely take pictures of everything. We'll see if the photo evidence is any good. I'll write it here.

My rental got towed from my complex and I notified the office that I couldn’t afford to pick it up and asked if they would pick up the equipment they said they would, they never went to pick the equipment up, called the police lied and said the truck wasn’t at the address that the impound gave me and it was, then called the truck in stolen… also they claimed I damaged the truck which I didn’t and trumped up all these extra charges for mileage and damages that I never made !!! Horrible ghetto experience! Never again! And this was the K st location!

I came in on a Tuesday morning and had a sensational customer experience. I’d originally wanted a 10’ van but easily upgraded to a 15’ one. I highly recommend trying to come in on a weekday as things are much slower then, and the U-Haul folks can help better. They even gave me a donut and coffee! Shoutout to Sophie and Cynthia ❤️

One of the best experiences with Uhaul ever, particular shoutout to Nas B who helped me with the pickup and contract, including applying my tax exemption, which is usually a great issue and hassle for everyone. Fun, knowledgeable and overall nice guy.

Cantara was very pleasant and efficient. There had been some rude customers and she was very pleasant and efficient with them too. People like Cantara make you want to come back and continue business with uhaul.
