U-Haul Moving & Storage of Capitol Hill offers a wide range of moving solutions, including truck rentals, trailers, cargo vans, pickup trucks, and self-storage. Customers praise the pristine condition of the rented equipment and the unbeatable prices. The service can be a little tricky at first, but the staff is knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. Reviewers highlight the positive experiences they had with employees like Sophie, Cynthia, Nas B, and Cantara, who were described as pleasant, efficient, and helpful, even in dealing with rude customers. However, one customer had a negative experience with a missing gas cap and an insurance report filed against them, which resulted in an unexpected charge.
No issues, very smooth. The staff at this location are nice and the truck was clean. I had a much better experience here than at other U-hauls in D.C.

Honestly a great experience! Moving out during peak season (last weekend of the month) and my equipment was smooth, ready on-time and had a smooth pickup. Tabriel made things easy taking care of my equipment return, would use this facility again.
