What is the point of offering notary services by appointment if they aren’t honored? I made an appointment online, showed up before my time and was told when I got to the front of the line that a customer BEHIND ME had gotten the last one because the notary was going home (he called the desk from inside the store to try and bypass the line… which clearly worked). Thankfully they pointed me to another spot around the corner, but UPS please sort out your appointment system because hunger games style ain’t it.
Update: I reached out shortly after making this review after the store responded and no one answered the follow up, reducing to one star

Staff is always friendly and accommodating despite busy store. Never wait more than 15min in queue to see an associate.

The service is good, the store is dirty, dusty and the desk for in store pc use is outdated along with that chair which looks creepy and filthy. Having an air purifier at the door won't help the mud dried carpet throughout the store, it's filthy, nor the dusty canvas printer, printer, glass upper and bottom, walls and sleeves. Why let anyone walk there dogs in without a vest as a support animal. Some are allergic to their pets. Why not put a standup kiosk for PC use, they can be for little money from business auctions?
All it will take is over night cleaning or whenever your closed for holidays to be open for a seriously needed deep cleaning including light fixtures, glass, POS's, and some new carpet would be an investment into your business and will boost morale for both employees and consumers alike.

I had an amazing experience at this location and they were super helpful specially Juno he was such a nice guy and very helpful, super kind and patient. He had experience with everything. He made everything so smooth and easy with a smile . I highly recommend this place. My husband and I were happy and satisfied and I was impressed . Thank you so much for helping me fishing my paperwork and got everything done. I appreciate it.

Omg I have to rave about the excellence customer service provided by Mike! Before arriving I called, he greeted me and answered my questions with assurance! Once arriving, the atmosphere was clean, organized and calm (No upset impatient customers in sight) he was getting everyone in and out! He helped me with my request, and I have to say he made my visit 10/10...5 Stars, thank you Mike!
