Don't ever call. Sat on hold for 30 minutes, and as soon as they picked up, they said "Please hold". I have 1 question, it is not hard to do your job and pick up the phone.

I used this location to send some fragile items and asked to buy a box to store the items and attach a prepaid label. Because the location was packed with people, an employee offered to pack the box for me. I was charged $20 for the box alone (not including the prepaid label) and the items were damaged in shipping.

I find the employees at this store to be super helpful. The store handles Amazon packages too. Today I accidentally dropped off a USPS package at this UPS store. They said that a USPS person would pick it up and also suggested that I take a photo of the label, for tracking purposes.

This location has poor customer service. I paid additional money for a package to be delivered within two days. When the package did not arrive on the expected delivery date, I went back to the store to investigate. Long story short, after two visits inside the store and two emails with no response, my package that was mailed on 7/15 has not arrived as of yesterday, 7/22. The store manager, AJ, was very inconsiderate and blamed slow service on “COVID”- very poor response when I have sent several packages in the past few months from a different UPS Store location.

Convenient, quick, and the staff is nice enough. They now have these super easy automated Amazon return kiosks which I like.Also, they take USPS packages!

Doron here from Sticky Fingers Sweets & Eats in Columbia Heights. We have used this location for over 10 years for our shipping. In the past month all of the packages sent through this location have either been opened and had product removed, or say they are in transit but this is the only location on the tracking service. When I called to speak with someone to discuss they issue, they talked over me, got defensive, would not give me the managers name, and hung up on me. Which leads me to believe the person I spoke to is the one stealing from our packages, or knows what is happening. I'm sure we are not the only customers this is happening to.Because there are so many packages that have been destroyed, and UPS is such a big company, we have to retain an attorney. As a small business using UPS to ship our packages, UPS is destroying our women owned local small business. Beware of this location.

I happened to pay a visit to this store again after about 8 months. I'm not always in the area to visit here more frequently. I have made a couple of Amazon returns, as well as, just regular easy copying and printing. I actually do a slot of self serve printing at various locations throughout the city be side I haven't owned a printer in 10+ years. Serve serve on demand printing has turned out to be a lo more efficient and affordable than buy expensive ink every six months. This place has always been open early and here when I needed them

Over the past several years I have been in this store for various services. I have come here to return Amazon packages, copying documents, and printing a lot of documents. I have found that it is much more affordable to do self serve printing than to actually own a printer. The last time that I owned a printer was more than ten years ago, and I can remember always having to buy replacement ink cartridges which cost even more money than the printer itself! I think that copying and printing have become more limited for most people as well. During the summer though, I'm usually in one of these places once every week. The printing charge at this particular location is actually priced higher than other copying and shipping places, however they have been open whenever I needed them. Even during the pandemic I recall that they were open earlier than their competitors. The convenience factor and the fact that they have been open early when I do t have time to wait, is why I appreciate them.

I scheduled 2 Fieldprint appointments here for today, a Sunday. I scheduled here because it was one of the only Fieldprint places available on a Sunday. Unforturnately, when I arrived I was told that "the person authorized to do that called out today." The only option provided was to reschedule with Fieldprint. After scheduling and driving 15 miles for these appointments I am very disappointed. A call or email would have saved me a lot of time and inconvenience.

it's not 10:20 am ?BUT 4:20 somewhere come on I understand we legalized it and I'm not mad but why does it smell like here?? at least use ventilation or make better breakfast choices

Ive gone to this location probably 3 times and have always had a positive experience. Ive processed an Amazon return (just a label and the item with no box), processed an Apple return (again only a label and the phone), and shipped a box. Sometimes the lines are long but thats honestly every shipping store. Staff are always nice and helpful.
