It is not justified to charge $5.00 flat for a one page document print...wasted my time to locate and visit store...will think three times before going there for any service in my neighborhood...just lost a customer.

The service here is truly top tier. I've been coming since I moved to the area 10 years ago, and not once have I had a bad experience. The staff are always warm, welcoming, and ready to help with a smile. Even if I move away, I’d gladly make the drive back just for the exceptional service. Five stars don't do this place justice—they deserve 20!

Thank you Brian! We came in last minute with a big print job (20 copies, hundreds of pages total) and Brian took care of us through a paper jam and multiple paper refills. He even stapled everything for us by hand. Never had such a smooth experience for such a large ask. When you go, ask for Brian!

I love the team at this UPS store. They are so genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with. I often print things here, in addition to returning packages. Recently they went above and beyond to help me print a Canva project for a friend’s 80th birthday and they troubleshooted brilliantly at every stumbling block. The project turned out great 💕

Not following opening schedule, Its scheduled on Saturday is 1000 am to 5 pm but still close at 1004 am

Manager Anita Rajendran's clear (words and enunciation), conscientious service, multitasking at a busy time. And Brian's helpful teamwork with Anita (delivered with excellent voice quality). Anita and Brian, nice personalities, good listeners.
