What I'm about to say isn't hyperbole: This location has the best customer service I've had not just in the delivery service but in any establishment based in customer service. Thomas, Leonard, and Brian are more helpful than I can put into words and top-notch people.

Brian Simpkins did the impossible. He was so quick and efficient. His expertise allowed us to get what we needed and to make an appointment that was urgent. The rest of the staff picked up the customers for him as he helped us. They work together as a well oiled machine. Make this your go to stop if you're in Washington DC.

Paid for an overnight. It got there three days later. When I tried to get answers ups corporate will not deal with you and sends you to this place. I went asking. They said “oh we’ll take care of it and get you a refund” but never did. Now when I go to check on that refund they’ve never heard of it and I’m over the time limit. Lost $100 and my mom’s birthday present was ruined. Don’t trust that they will help you without names and written proof.

This store has gone out of their way on several occasions to help me. Every time I have worked with them they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond and I wish all of my experiences with shipping companies was like the experiences I’ve had at this fine UPS Store. I cannot recommend this store and their staff enough.

Terrible business - inept, lose packages, don't return phone calls, no one takes ownership of the problems they, themselves create. It is total chaos - each person has no knowledge of what the other one is doing, so no one can answer a direct question. THE OWNER DOES NOT ACCEPT CALLS FROM CUSTOMERS! (Think about that one - without customers, they will have no business, yet the owner will not speak to those very same customers?) Suggest you go to another UPS Store location. UPS Stores are franchised and independently owned. UPS will not support you, their customer, if there is an issue. Some UPS Stores may be OK, but this UPS Store is a TOTAL L*****

The guy at the front desk, we do not know his name (Bryan?!) but he was a life saver for us.We needed urgent notary and he did it ASAP and was very helpful. We need people like him.5 stars for his kindness.

Thomas Davis and this store are just fantastic! We sent some keys to Istanbul, Turkey, and they were lost over there. The recipient went to UPS in Istanbul, even after they were supposed to have been delivered, and that office said there is no package. We filed a claim, and UPS International just kept passing the buck. They kept saying it was an "open investigation" - even four months after the delivery date. Thomas Davis kept on it, kept up communication, and eventually the local store manager agreed to have Thomas refund our money....even though UPS International refused to admit the keys were lost. It was 176 dollars, so we were very happy to have reached a successful conclusion. Thomas will go to bat for you, even if it takes a very long time to do it! Kudos to the crew at this store!

Employees are usually helpful and quick. Had several services there for visa help for travel to Switzerland since everything had to be done by mail. Also returned Xfinity equipment there a few times which was very easy and fast
