This is my favorite post office location. The two women who are most often at the desk are so kind- they always make my day better when I go! Even when the line is long in the late afternoon, they go as quickly as they can while still being nice. In line, you can overhear them remembering regulars who often come in which is so incredible with the number of people who must come in every day.

The worst USPS in the area!
I honestly had the terrible experience. I’ve been coming here for the third time and still haven’t get any resolution of the package to send out.
The African American lady with long braids was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional in add to that she’s unpleasant and didn’t seem to care about helping at all. It is like your the one will do the job for her! To be honest it’s my first time sending a package abroad and I told her that, I’ll be happy if she’ll give me exact instructions but it’s just like you will figure it out on your own and do the Job for her! This is Unacceptable. If she really hates this Job she just quit!
I ended up leaving again and will do the transaction in the other office.
I hope the management will do something.
I’m filing a complaint.

By far the worst USPS location I've ever been to. The postal clerk at the counter with the big glasses refused to service me because I didn't want to inconviently step away from the counter to add my signature to my customs form at a separate table when I could've just signed it at the counter in front of her (which would've took 5 seconds). I've never had this issue whilst shipping international packages at other USPS locations ever. She then told me to have a good day and go to another location to ship my box. The most miserable disgusting way to treat a customer when I had been nothing but cordial and polite. I hope a complete overhaul and new staff is brought to this location because the treatment I received and at this location was absolutely deplorable.

Employee lied to my face about the package policies. She said I couldn’t reuse a box even with the old labels removed or blacked out. I pointed out that USPS policy allowed this. She refused to accept my packages and rudely dismissed me. I will never be returning to this location.

I'm truly shocked at the previous reviews. I have been coming to this location for over 2 years and I have never encountered such professionalism as I have since the 2 young ladies who are presently working here now have displayed. The location, for the first time since I've been using it, actually looks and smells clean. It's clear these 2 young ladies take pride in their store as well as the service they provide me and others that I've seen. Thank you ladies for making my trip to the post office a very pleasant one. Boo

The most rude service providers I've ever seen in my life. They are not willing to provide any information & assistance . After 20 day of my mail shipped to abroad ,it wasn't delivered , & i ask them why . But they respond me in awkward way & say i can't ask them why what ever day it takes ("even why not it takes 6 months ,you have to just wait ") they say
