Dogs are NOT allowed (even if they are emotional support, doing nothing to disturb anyone, and you are in there for 5 seconds making a return). Totally fair and noted for next time, but didn't appreciate getting reprimanded by the worker in a way that was rude/unprofessional. Meanwhile, UPS gives out dog treats.

Why would you have only one worker on a Saturday?? Thankfully just had to drop off but the line at 11.40 was 20 people long. Have more workers, it’s not fair on the one person working either.

From the moment I entered, the staff member volunteered their advice (and packing tape), saving me lots of money and time. If I could give more than five stars I would. First rate service.
