The staff was unruly and loud, and they incorrectly set up my new phone with a family members phone number instead of my own. They were distracted and completely unprofessional, even when I came back an hour later to explain the mix up - no accountability, no nothing.
If you go to this store, watch what they are doing like a HAWK. It was only by chance that I noticed before the store closed what happened, if it was any later both my family member and I would have been without a phone for a day.

Several times someone dear to me was called for an interview by fadi at this location and never did he log into the zoom call, a complete waste of time! People go through depressions and this economy is bad enough to be wasting peoples time like this. It’s unprofessional just like that store in which I’ve went to several times. Find more help and competent staff and stop wasting peoples time! Corporate will know about this as well!

Is one star the lowest?? One star is being generous. Incompetent staff, came to get a new SIM card for a 100 year old customer and I felt like I had aged 100 years during two worthless trips. I am on the account, but they acted like I was a criminal. They have a young staff that definitely needs more training. No SIM card today, account blocked after customer representative takes my info then asked to scan the Seniors ID.

Sihle was great! Very helpful to me and another customer he was helping at the same time.
The other gentleman who greeted me at the door was very dismissive to me, right from the outset — even before I could remove my hat. I have no idea why. You need to take better care of your customers. Learn from Sihle!

Gavin surprised us with a charge. I tried to get a refund and he said “I’m pretty sure I told you about it,” which he did not. We are pretty disappointed and won’t be coming again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. I walked in to return a router and waited around for 15 minutes before finally finding someone who worked there and they only said “5252 Wisconsin Ave” and no other words. That location is 6 miles away and I am a biker so I now have to bike 6 miles in the rain further from my home just to return a router to a different store location. This is absurd and I will never again use Verizon for anything.
