Andy was extremely helpful! My wife and I visited the store to move from T-Mobile to Verizon and get an iPhone 15 for her. We dropped in in the morning and Andy collected all the necessary information so that he could keep everything ready for us. Once the Verizon family plan was activated, we went back to the store. True to his word, Andy had kept everything ready for us so that we could pay and even helped us transfer data to the new iPhone. He patiently answered all of our questions and was extremely friendly the whole time we were there! Thanks to Andy, we were in and out in no time! Thank you once again, Andy!!

Gavin surprised us with a charge. I tried to get a refund and I told him I did not know why he was charging us, he said “I’m pretty sure I told you.” “Pretty sure” is not 100% sure. And we as the customer have no reason to lie— he did NOT tell us ahead of time. We are pretty disappointed and won’t be coming again.

Today I visited Verizon on 14th street for the first time to get a new phone line. Andy took care of me and he was awesome. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, he had answers for every question that I had. I left feeling satisfied, can’t wait to visit again. THANK YOU

No one greeted me when I entered the store. After waiting 20 minutes a worker asked me what I needed. I explained that I wanted some items transferred from my old tablet to my new tablet. She said that was a $29.99 charge and then told me I could down load the apps as if I didn’t know that. Then she told me that they would charge me to put a supplied screen protector on my new phone even though the store I picked the devices up from didn’t have any in stock. She did say she could sell me a new one and then she could put it on for free. I never thought I would say this but I should have stayed with TMobile. Returning to Verizon is the worst mistake I’ve made in a long time.

This is the worst store I have ever been to. Every time I have gone into this store they have so rude and do not seem to understand what is right and wrong. They will lie to you about things so that they sell more items and just hope you don't come back. If you do come back, they will yell at you and tell you everything is your fault.Everything the sales lady told me ended up not being true and my bill is a lot more expensive than she had originally told me. First I tried to set up a phone and 5G internet only to find out once I got home that the area I live in wasn't even qualified for having verizon internet. So then I spent the next almost 2 months arguing with people on the phone because the store refused to take it back and continued to charging me per month. I went into the store and the manager basically told me to get out of the store & never come back because he doesn't have time for my lies and drama. I finally called enough times to the customer service center that they forced the store to take it back. When I confronted the store employee who sold it to me asking why she told me all these things, the manager told me to F off and to leave. Another example, she sold me a screen protector at the time I bought the phone & told me I can get it replaced whenever I needed to, if it gets cracked, dropped, etc. So I called to see how I would need to do that and I was told that I was a liar, and why would they ever tell me that because its not a thing the store does. But that isnt true because I asked her multiple times about the reasons to get it replaced and she said yeah it is fine for any reason. Apparently not. I will be canceling my phone plan with verizon and never coming back. This is ridiculous at some point no?

Came in with a major issue where I happened to delete the e-sim off of my phone and Gavan was amazing and took care of my issue and had me back up and running quickly. Gavan was very attentive, quick, and friendly. Great guy.

Staff and managers lied multiple times and caused my bill to raise by over $100 a month while telling me it would be lowered. Don't go to this store.

Got a new phone in December 2022. They had a deal for an iPad for free with a phone purchase. I didn't know if id use the iPad so I said no and they told me if I changed my mind to come back. When I got my first bill they had put the 'home protect' insurance on my bill which I didn't ask for. When I went and pointed this out they said ' this will cover all of your devices'. I didn't ask for it and don't have multiple devices. (From reading these other reviews this seems like a normal practice at this store). It's illegal and they should be held responsible for this.Reluctantly I got the iPad to see if I'd use it. Free I thought. I knew I'd have to pay for the service but twice I've called to ask them why they're also charging me monthly for the iPad. They acted like they didn't know what promotion I was talking about. I've had issues with the service from day 1. I don't get a lot of calls..ppl say it goes straight to voicemail. I called to get a replacement device after troubleshooting. The rep on the phone said they could ship me the new phone or I could go pick it up at the apple store. So she set an appointment for me at the apple store for 315 that afternoon. I get to the apple store and they said 'Verizon doesn't set appointments for us'. Called Verizon and after an hour a supervisor told me he had no idea why she said she made an appointment for me. He also said she never completed the diagnostic check she was supposedly doing. I sent back my old phone a few days after getting my new one. A few weeks later I got a message saying they hadn't received my device. I called and gave the tracking # and they said said they had it. A week later got a message saying I was about to be charged a fee for not returning the device. 3-4 hours later on the phone, they finally realized their error. So this past Friday I get ANOTHER message saying my next bill is in the amount of $1100. 950 for the device they're AGAIN saying I didn't return. Went to the store after being on the phone for hours getting nowhere. The guy I spoke with never let me finish telling him the situation but kept asking me not to interrupt him. I said 'do you realize you've not let me finish telling you what happened even once without interrupting me '. I was over it so left the store. They're not getting $950 from me when they've confirmed twice it's been received (ups confirmed the delivery as well).
