The gym is a boutique gym with a genuine culture of inclusion and respect. The front desk staff always greets with sincerity and the classes are great. Plenty of equipment, bike racks, workout space, whirlpool, saunas, steam room and a smoothie bar for post workout fuel. Everything is sanitary, extremely clean and the shower options with the best soap, scrubs, shampoo and conditioner that smell good and makes hair soft. The facility is very nice, kind and has good housekeeping. Hours are flexible operating hours and the location is convenient. Visitor pass is allowed without a member and the staff is pleasant, helpful and friendly.
