“Dropped in here with my husband on 05/11 for the noon class and coach Caitlin was great! We've dropped in numerous places all over the world and have experienced a various amount of coaching, or lack thereof, and I would happily come back to attend another one of her classes. The members were reserved as most members are with strange faces and no one spoke to me personally, but everything here was clean and enjoyable.”

Something I think this studio does right is meeting where people are. It’s not just on the weight floor but also like do you have circumstances and are telling folks hey this is what’s up- they’re so willing to work with you. It truly does become a family. It’s almost 6 years of OTF and this studio gets it right. Takes a little drinking the OTF cool aid to get your moneys worth - I think like anything the more you invest in (emotionally, mentally) typically the more you can get back out. Love this place with every fiber of my being. ?

I love my H STREET OTF studio- the SAs are all great and knowledgeable and just great humans. SM Alex is a gem and every single coach is amazing. Love Liz, Sam, Chloe, Jeanette and HC PUMA. Phenomenal people that are passionate and truly get to know everyone. Been in and out with injury’s for a while and they help with modifications and are just compassionate people that know! No judgement just fun. ✨? plus these folks have the best music.”

“I love 9Round and highly recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something other than a normal, overcrowded gym. The trainers truly set this gym apart from everyone else. They take the time to understand your strengths and push you in a motivating way without pressure or judgment. I’ve been to gyms where the trainers make you feel bad for not hitting a goal, but that’s never the case here. At 9Round, I always feel comfortable, confident, and supported while still being challenged.

Also, the 30-minute workout format is a HUGE plus. I get a more effective workout in those short rounds than I ever did spending an hour at a regular gym. It’s efficient, intense, and fits perfectly into a busy schedule.

On top of that, the kickboxing skills you learn and the confidence you gain (especially knowing how to protect yourself in DC) make it completely worth it. I’ve never felt healthier or stronger than I do now, and I’m so glad I found 9Round!”

“Always been a Rocky fan! And had to learn boxing in my life! So yeah, 2024 was the year to start learning the craft!A random search on google and I found DBC! All it took for me to get a membership was just 5 mins of talk with Coach Aaron and the best thing that I was looking for which is “Real Craft”. By real craft I mean, you get to spar, fight, test what you learn.It’s been 3 months since I joined the club. “I can't give enough praise to Foundation Fitness and the Georgetown staff. From intake with Kimior to a year later of working out with the amazing Michaela, I have had a great experience. It is evident that Kimior has put much thought into creating a gym environment that is warm and welcoming to people of all ages and in all stages of their personal growth. I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. It's like PT and a workout all in one, so instead of just feeling sore and in pain, I feel sore and strong. Thank you to this wonderful team and place. Happy to have found you all.”

“I have always struggled to work out consistently until I found Fit360 about a year ago. While there is a wide variety of excellent classes, I’ve mostly taken classes with Brian. It is so evident that Brian loves what he does, and he genuinely enjoys carefully crafting each class so that it is as dynamic and effective as possible. Brian pushes you to grow, and this was the first time I was encouraged to be intentional about choosing my weights and challenging myself to progressively increase and lift heavier. It is high-energy, and each circuit is quick, which makes classes fly by. I cannot overstate how coming here has completely changed my relationship to fitness!”

“It’s been 3 months since I met Jon at Bench Gym. I had never been to a gym before and I had been really frustrated with my body shape and my weak strength, at that time. I tried Yoga classes or Palate classes elsewhere but felt overwhelmed with the pressure from my peers and trainers. But Jon, as well as Dominic, helped me regain my confidence and optimism by offering me super professional instructions and encouragement. I really appreciate it. I used to feel reluctant to exercise but now I no longer feel scared and uncomfortable when it’s time for my training session. I have to admit that I still have a long way to go but with Jon, I feel confident that I can make it. I strongly recommend them to all, especially those who need more confidence and support for their training!”

“I just wanted to drop a review for CrossFit Hierarchy. I dropped in here while I was in town for business for two days, and I had an awesome time. The space is wonderful and clean, the equipment is great, and it’s conveniently located.

I think the thing that really made the drop-in most enjoyable was the approachable coaches, how friendly the members were, and the challenging programming. I got a great workout, and the coaches were super knowledgeable and gave very helpful cues on some of my lifts. It was awesome to get a fresh perspective. The staff was also very approachable and accommodating.

I definitely recommend Hierarchy if you’re traveling through town and looking for a place to work out, or if you’re looking for a new gym to help pursue your fitness goals. Highly recommend—and I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in DC.”

“I completed my cardiac rehab at Trinity Center for Women and Girls in Sports through MedStar Washington Hospital Center, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience.

Jen and her team were absolutely amazing — knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in every patient’s progress. They created such a positive, supportive environment that made showing up each day feel motivating instead of intimidating. The staff took the time to explain everything, tailor workouts to my needs, and celebrate every milestone along the way.

The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, but it’s really the people who make this place special. If you’re going through cardiac rehab and want a team that truly cares about your recovery and success, this is the place to be. Super grateful for the care I received here. ?”
