Managers were great in helping me solve an issue from another bank and setting up new account.

The staff was a bit curt and overly salesy, but I was able to be in and out in less than 15 minutes after addressing a small issue with a check.

Do not let their friendliness fool you: in 4 months, they were able to ship my new debit card to the wrong address 3 (yes, THREE) times. I also went in to cancel a fraudulent charge and they somehow managed to make it disappear for 3 days, and then it re-appeared. So yeah, incompetency-central over here.
