Today, 30 Sep 2021, I called the WF Customer Service phone number regarding my credit card. Whatever answered my call I could not hear them. It sounded as though the person/recording was repeating the same words over and over but there was so much other noise on the line I could not hear clearly. When I said I could not hear, WF cut off the call. So, there was absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE via their Customer Service telephone number.

The staff was a bit curt and overly salesy, but I was able to be in and out in less than 15 minutes after addressing a small issue with a check.

Do not let their friendliness fool you: in 4 months, they were able to ship my new debit card to the wrong address 3 (yes, THREE) times. I also went in to cancel a fraudulent charge and they somehow managed to make it disappear for 3 days, and then it re-appeared. So yeah, incompetency-central over here.

This is the closest Wells Fargo to my apartment and I'm really glad. I've been to a couple other branches in DC and this is the best location. The people are really friendly and quick. Convenient location too, right by the metro.

This is actually a Wachovia branch with two ATMs outside. Their locations are in front of Pennsylvania ave. Instead of on 13th st which Google Maps points it too.
