Couldn't be happier, I needed a front hitch for my E bikes on a 3500 diesel pickup. Found my hitch on E Trailer and the video looked complicated, cutting was involved and a lift was helpful. when the owner told me it was only $175 to install I jumped on it and it came out beautifully.
